Dear sir, Our vehicle mahindra xuv had affected with flood at bangalore during 2017 and serviced at m/s. Anant cars, bangalore and payment have been settled through online. We have claimed the cost with insurance agency and the claim process is completed and ready to release the payment at this situation insurance agency is demanding the receipt of m/s. Anant cars payment. Inspite of several reminder mails, verbal requests m/s. Anant cars not responding properly and they are reply for online payment there is not receipt. I have surprised to hear such type of reply from reputed concern also mahindra dealer. The payment may be released through online/neft/e transfer/main tansfer/demand draft/cheque or cash.
