[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Deficiency in service and telling lie that we are fitting the pard. | |||
Myself Nagendra Yadav owner of car UP65BP4435 while I was on the way to kade Manipur my car cluchplate broke down due to which I have submitted car in Mahindra agency for repair and service. Since morning (10.00 A.M) they are saying that we have ordered cluchplate from Allahabad show room and will rich within 1 hour and lateron they said that it is on the way and now it's time 2.30 when we pressurise that where is the part than they are saying that cluchplate till now have not dispatched. What is the service .. we are residence of VARANASI and we had a marriage 2 days later, we have to travel 200 km .and they are wasting our time. Atleast they should have informed us so that we could have managed somewhere. Manager are having massage from their worker and when we complaint about that they said that it will take 2 hour time you can go for movie. This is the worst service in any of the car company. May 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Regional manager had called me and talked me politely and resolved my quiery and taken strick action against wrong doors and refunded my extra charge which an service manager had charged from me.
