Mahindra And Mahindra — Delivery of vehicle and false commitment | |||
Hi, I booked TUV 300 from koncept noida in the month of June, but due to some documentation the process was delayed. But when all the documents were in place the executive in mahindra did not initiate the process and gave wrong information regarding the same, in addition to this the offer gave by the mahindra executive didn't even write the same on the booking saying I will take care of it. After waiting for so long I went directly and my self only got the loan approved . Still even after the approval of loan and all things in place they are not delivering the car and all the offer given by the executive he has turned around saying I can't not give now. My question is this is how mahindra behave with the customer. I want action against the executive for false commitment and providing wrong information and misguiding .
