Mahindra And Mahindra — fire and sound in scorpio

I have bought a scorpio on 09/08/2018 from m/s koncept automobiles, today in the running car a blast like sound and then foul smell with heavy smoke came from the engine area. This has happend to the brand new car and i m asking a question that whether we are safe in such brand like scorpio, who will be responsible if there will be any loss to any human being. Hence, requesting to take the necessary action and replace our car with new car
