It is very unfortunate that i have to write this email to you. I have purchased New Mahindra KUV100 on dated 10/10/2017 from Mahindra Param Automobile, Kalol-382721. After a month, I found some problem while driving like coming voice from Suspension, Car was vibrating. So i went to Param Automobile Gandhinagar for Car Check Up. I forced them to open bumper . They opened in front of me and i found that the damage inside the car and junk on that part too. I realise that the Mahindra Has given me a DENT car and my faith on Mahindra was saken. Main Problem is that the Wheel Alignment. I have to do wheel alignment every month as you can see in the receipt that i have enclosed. I have visited Mahindra Param Automobile many times and the Service manager of the place named DIXIT BHRAMBHATT who always telling me that we will get you a solution and i waited a long time but haven't got any solution so far. After i went to the place where i purchased the car at Kalol. I met to the guy named Manoj Goswami who is really manner less. He told me that we can't help you in such a situation, go and deal with the company directly. Please Look in to the matter as this is something that does not defines MAHINDRA and it's Vision. Please give me a new piece and help me to clear the issue as soon as possible. Please be loyal and transparent to your customer.
