[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — I'm complaining about leather seat covers and services | |||
I have purchased xuv w10, with extended additional warranty of 5 years, one year back, having leather seats and leather is peeling out from the head rest and when i went to dealer to show, the service centre people are saying its not our fault though the sales person are accepting that there is a fault in product but they are saying once products sold, we are not liable, u contact either to service centre or company directly. I am surprised such a low quality seat covers have been installed in a top model and surprised to see such a careless attitude of sales and service team. I have been using mahindra vehicles and services for such a long e. G. Scorpio, club mahindra. I have never expected such a careless attitude of mahindra. Was this information helpful? | |||
