The worst service provider ever and lazy as damn. Car broke down several times under one year. If give for service repair rectification will not be done in one visit.. They keep the car for 3 or 4 days. Even after that it will not be rectified. They just want to keep the car for many days and return it with no result. For getting spares they need 3 weeks. This has been repeated several times.. Now today also i left the car for central lock repair which is under warranty.. They kept the car since morning... Nothing been done.. They need car for one more day for checking of wires. They just saying rat bite rat bite.. I don't know how far that is true rather.. I have 3 more cars there where i don't come across this rat bite thing.. Only for this exclusively such incidents happen I would not recommend mahindra cars to anyone.
