Hai my name is mathukutti tom.. I am from kerala kottayam district to be proper from pala. I am running a farm consisting of chicken, pork, buffaloes, goats, ducks, vegetables etc. I have a processing unit of chicken in which we process the live chicken into meat and deliver to all parts of kottayam... Since i am in a commercial sector i right now have 2 mahindra bolero maxitruck pickups, a mahindra thar, and 2 mahindra jeeto. I am very impressed with the jeetos power and fuel economy but from the day 1 itself i have been facing problems like the door lock dosent open properly as well as one of my jeetos already has a shock problem as well as a sound from the arm. I brought these jeetos from the kottayam (Thellakom) dealership.. I have been complaing all the time since about these problems but i am afraid to say ur service is being deterioating day by day.. They called me up one day and asked me to come early which i went and they took the took the vehicle and delivered it in the evening and really pathetic to say they did absolutely nothing an d i complained again and the next day itself they told me to bring it back again which i did and a new service advisor took charge of the vehicle and wasted the whole day and the result was the same they said there is no sound from the arm which still exsists till today.. I wonder what should i do now because i am not even getting any service parts as well.. I cant understand why on earth u guys lack parts for vehicles when u have a heavy range of production.. I am really disappointed with the service and afraid to say that i might now have to change my vehicles and search for a new alternate.. I think i am clear with my matter and hope u do the needful as soon as possible..
