My car met with an accident and we gave it for repairs to pothen autos based in ernakulam, kerala on 22nd july 2019. Its been a month but there has not been any proper response from the dealer. The concerned person, mr mithun kumar neither responds to calls nor gives a proper response in case he picks the call. We are highly disappointed with the way we have been treated.
