Sub: - Complaint regarding for poor Maintenance and Servicing of TUV Vehicle 300 from the Date of Purchase
Ref No:- Chassis No: MA1NA2SMXF6K37336 Engine No. SMF6K20378 Vehicle Reg No : MH05CM5351.
On 07/11/2015, I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership M/s NBS International Ltd (Group of Mahindra Company) (Chassis No: MA1NA2SMXF6K37336 Engine no. SMF6K20378 Vehicle Registration No: MH05CM5351). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory or rendering the vehicle unfit to drive because Gear Box, Clutch Plate and Starting Problem arrived from first day. Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.
Your service department has been unable to properly repair the (Gear Box, Clutch Plate and Starting Problem) on my car, and I need your help to resolve the situation.
Today 14/03/2018, again our vehicle stop runs due to Same Issue arrived at Kalyan Shill Road, Thane, Maharashtra. Last one Month ago same issue occurred in Shirdi, Nashik Maharashtra. Last four Months ago at Vasai, Maharashtra. This Issue was arrived no of time in different location. Hence I was silent about these incidents for long since but same problem happened in our vehicle reguarly. Time on Last, I dropped off my car Jitendra Motors Pvt Ltd, Ambad MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra a (MH 05 CM 5351 & TUV Vehicle 300 T8), to have its (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) replaced. When I picked up the car, your employee assured me that it was in complete working order. Thus, I paid Amounted of Rs. 32, 060/-, only to find that your employees did not make the repairs, and the (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) still doesn’t operate. I spoke with your service manager, who told me, "We've done the best we could. Take it elsewhere if you're not happy."
I'm certainly not happy, and I expect your dealership to fix the car properly. I've paid you Rs. 32, 060/- to complete the job and I will not be satisfied until you return the car to me in perfect working order.
You Under Legal obligation to carry out the Work on my Vehicle No MH 05 CM 5351 with Reasonable Skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, as laid down by the [Consumer Rights Act 2015 OR Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982].
I expect three things:
1. Prompt repair of my car's (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) at no additional cost to me
2. A free rental car for my use while my car is in the office or other official use
Your company's lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable to me. You may reach me at [protected] /[protected] to discuss this matter further. I expect to hear from you by 15/03/2018.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by (date), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Mahindra Company Ltd or through the courts.
