Mahindra And Mahindra — maximo servicing

Dear sir,
We have given maximo for servicing in autonagar vizag. Am not satisfied with them, they haven't rectified our problem. After servicing while we are back home it suddenly stopped due to lack of engine oil. How come it happen after servicing? What happen if engine blocked? Who will be responsible? Very dissapointed.
