The vehicle was entrusted to tvs workshop on 10th. They have not attended to the car yet their stock reply-spares are not available. The insurance surveyor also completed his job on13th and instructed goahead with work. Even after 11days the authorised service - tvs has not touched the car. We are worried when we will get back the vehicle after repair. We feel tvs is another name for slackness and they are not worried about the customer.
