Mahindra And Mahindra — Neglected service behavior, humiliating service, inefficient staff | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We own a Mahindra Maxima vehicle with the number KA 18 B 5730. We have purchased the vehicle from your Chikkamagalur, Karanataka dealer. Despite maintaining proper service schedule, we have faced severe customer harassment from Mahindra Dealer from Chikkamagalur. Recently our vehicle engine got seized because of not replacing the coolant.. Despite regularly servicing with authorized dealer, the engine got seized, which shows that the coolant wasn't replaced during the previous service. It is mandatory on your part to check the coolant levels and make sure adequate levels are maintained. However your authorized dealer did not do this. This is a clear case of cheating the customer. Despite being cheated, we still went to your authorized dealer to repair the engine seized. After paying the advance of Rs 20, 000 in cash, and thereafter making a complete payment by cheque dated 18th May 2017, your dealers are refusing to deliver the vehicle. This is fraudulent, inefficient, unethical and unacceptable behavior from your authorized dealers. We are really surprised that you are having such authorized dealers. This is pathetic dealership network which you have maintained. We are going to consumer court against your dealers and you as a company. This is clear fraud. All your actions are illegal. We have a strong case, and we expect immediate response from you in next 12 hours beyond which we will take severe action. Hope to resolve this amicably. Thanking You. G. Parameswraiah.
