Mahindra And Mahindra — new car but old parts and damage found

Dear Sir,
We have purchases new KUV 100 K4 Plus Date 26-Mar-2018.
I am facing 4th time in between 2 month self start burn. But when a See Manufacturing 2018 but vehicle part 2016. And Service center making without JOB card 4th time. And facing also costumer Pathetic word.. in the Vehicle coming something New sound. I have some recording. and they are use Used part from other vehicle.
Kindly Help me replacement new car.
