Good morning sir,
My name is mathews pm (tel [protected])
I purchaised a vehicle kuv 100 k8 from tvs alappuzha on27th july2016. as per your tech. specification kpl for petrol engine is 18.5 km/ltrs. whereas iam getting onlybelow 8km/ltr.
And also while on use top gear (4th&5th) vehile vibrating.
Matter has informed to the concern dealers thru sales executive (non (availability of service rep./no contact # of aftersales dept. which suppose to be provided to thcustomer,)
Therefore i request you to look into the matter with top preority and sort out the issue at the earliest and avoid further cosiquances.

We had Purchased a vehicle mahindra bolero pickup model PU CBC from Raipur dealer Ralas Motors they had given the Damage Body Frame, And from last six month we are regularly complaining to the dealership, But they are not responding .
