Dear Sir, this is Aijaz Hussain Malik from J&K. I purchased Scorpio S10 from one of your authorised showrooms HIMALAYA MOTORS Tengpora Srinagar in 2017. I got it insured with a promise and written assurance of TCS refund of 13863 rupees. It has been three months since i regularly remind them of refund my TCS dues. And everytime i call there, they refer me to some other person. The people at showroom with whom i have communicated include Mr. Showkat Ahmad (contact: [protected]), Mr. Hamid ([protected]), Mr. Masarat ([protected]), some Maam at Showroom ([protected]). Before i approach consumer court, i find it fit to approach Mahindra Customer Care. I hope you will consider my request.
