Dear team,
I have recently taken delivery of my first Suv The Tharin the month of July 2022.
The car I test drove had Lumbar support. Shopping bag holder on the back of the seat, three USB sockets for phone but didn’t have any of those in my Thar. Moreover there was no cost reduction for me . I was not told about any of the above will not be available in the coming model .
Furthermore the infotainment system has been giving problems and i have visited the service center five times. They have provided me with a new infotainment system but the problem still persists and they are clueless about any solution.
Much to my surprise was given just one key, upon questioning was told due to chip shortage will receive the second duplicate key in six months? Please confirm me the reason why only Mahindra is facing this issue and the rest of the manufacturers are not eg, Honda, Maruti, VW.
I seek full compensation for these faulty features and cause of acute pain to my back and health for inr 55 lacs.
