[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Refund issue of booked amount | |||
On 31st july, 2020, i went to Mahindra ranchi (named Pratik Automobiles). That time, price list is not available to deal with. Talked on every possible aspect and on 4th August 2020, i paid Rs 10000/- as booking amount online. I have strict deal with the salesman that he must give me the car before 15th August 2020 but now his manager tells me to wait till 25th August, 2020. As told by the salesman that your booking amount is refundable at any point of time. After all its their fault only, if I had received it on time, I may purchase the vehicle but due to their unprofessional attitude. I want my booking amount back. And, now they were ignoring my calls. Aug 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They contacted me and asked me to wait for almost a week so that they could make a cheque of 100% booking amount. After 3-4 days, they again called to say that my cheque has been issued and i have to collect it as soon as possible.
