[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — Refusing for refunding booking amount of XUV300 | |||
I had booked Mahindra XUV 300 from A.Automovers showroom, Near HAL Indranagar Lucknow(U.P). I paid Rs 11000/- as advance amount for booking and received the receipt for it. But because of delay in delivery I purchased another car and submitted cancellation application as well as original receipt at the showroom and requested for Refund. For past 20 days I am chasing for refund but the sales manager Aqueel Ahmed and Showroom manager Mr Aditya are making new excuses everyday. Nov 23, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Dear Team, thanks a lot for the promt response from Mr. Aqueel and Mr.Aditya from Mahindra showroom as they helped me in processing of my cheque today morning.Delay was because their Managing director was out of station and so the cheque could not be signed by him earlier. Mr.Aqueel has confirmed that cheque is with him and today I can collect the cheque at any time from him.
