Since so many time i complaint to mahindra customer care of neon motor visakhapatnam. Mahindra kuv 100 heavy vibration and getting interiors sound and such noice from engine like diesel versions, the said vechile is petrol version & petrol tap not opening, it repairs so many times but still tap not opening.. This is to inform you that my Vehicle XUV 500, Registration No: DL-3C-AS-4412 purchased in Delhi from Bhasin Motors in August 2012. The Vehicle is sparingly used and that too mainly for Home to Office and back in Delhi. The Vehicle has done only 83000 kM. I have got the service done regularly.
However, the piece is found to be defective. Every time I take it for service to Koncept Mahindra Mathura Road, I am slapped a hefty bill and told that some Engine parts needs replacement ( you may directly get the history of the replaced parts directly from Koncept Mahindra).
• Immediately after purchase, the wind screen was found to be defective and was replaced.
• On 10th August 2016 I spent 43, 588.97/-
• On 8th August 2017 I spent 59, 750/-
• Now again the Alternator is found to be defective and I have to pay to Koncept Mahindra Rs. 25000/-
This is over and above the regular service charges which I have been spending on every 20000 kM approx. 8000/-
Please look into the matter, I am really frustrated with the vehicle and can not afford to spend this kind of money just to keep my car running.
