Sir i got my xuv 500service at durga automobile at moti nagar new delhi it’s my 3rd free service the car got checked and a service request is generated and i was asked about any complaints in the vehicle to which i replied no and after submitting the car i leave, now after an hour or so i received a call that your cars front brake shoe were completely finished and you have to change them or otherwise your drum got damaged to which i replied that i had no braking issue and brakes are going fine but they insist me to change or otherwise it results in damaging other parts or so Now it is requested that it is not a proper way of servicing it is the only way to increase the bill moreover my xuv had only run a 22500 mark In this regard you are requested to kindly take an appropriate decision in the matter as the agency had only doing bad name to the mahindra because of there bad deeds for generating revenues inappropriately Was this information helpful? | |||
