I have purchased one mahindra supriya minivan in jan 2018 from narayan automobile, ring road, lucknow. Within 9 months, all five tyres cracked. I have complained to narayan automotive, they told us that company has tiedup with other tyre supplier and we are not liable for that, we can only lodge your claim. Then they send us to the tyre dealer but nothing is happening. If narayan motor is not liable then why they are selling these worst quality tyre with vehicle. It damaging image of mahindra co. First insurance is done by narayan auto. They have told that it zero depth and charged full premium. Now they are telling that zero depth insurance is not provided/added. It seems that they are misleading to the customers and damaging the image of mahindra co. Mahindra finance has taken 7 cheques. 3 have been put to bank for clearing. Now they have started clearing through ecs without informing to me and prior to exhausting post dated cheques. While initial discussion, they have informed that first they will exhaust pdc then use ecs. Resulting money was deposited in account at 9.30 am on 15/10/2018 (Due date) but bank has initiated automatic clearance in early morning. Therefore, it was bounced back and bank has debited rs.570 towards return. Pl look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
