[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — technician broken the air filter cover | |||
Hi This is aravind from salem. I gave my xuv 500 vehicle tn 18 af 7700 to sks automobile salem on 25/03/2019. All the service which they did was good but they disappointed me one thing. The person who changed my airfilter he had broken the air filter cover. But he didn't even changed to new one. When i took my vehicle from service center i have noticied tat cover was broken. At that time itself i have informed to relationship manager. He said he will change it tomorrow. Same way one person and came and changed it and he costed me rs 50 for that part. Here is the problem when i gave my car for service that air filter cover was not broken. The person who did service only broke.. Due to their technician mistake why should i pay the money for that part. Money not a matter here. Whatever they do damage to my vehicle how they can ask me to pay the money. This is really bad experience. This is how mahindra treat the customers??? Was this information helpful? | |||
