Mahindra And Mahindra — Tuv 300 - 5 months old broke down | |||||
I bought mahindra tuv 300 on march 21, 2016 in bangalore. I drove down to chennai and my vehicle broke down in chennai on sunday i. E sep 4, 2016. I called up mahindra road side assistance and they towed my vehicle to zulaikha motors, ambattur estate. I was told that someone will call me after 8 am on sep 6, 2016. Nobody called up and i had called the dealer aruond 5 times to be put to the right person. I was told that clutch is gone and it had to be replaced. When i asked whether it is covered under warranty, they said no. Even since i spoke to several customer service representative of mahindra to raise a complaint on how come clutch could get damaged in 5 months time. I told them that i am from bangalore and i need to go back to bangalore yesterday itself the response i got from the customer service representative was someone will call me in 1 or 2 days as they received the complaint now only. Finally they gave me a representatives number and he was not picking up my call for 1.5 hours. I would have called him 7 or 8 times minimum, sent him a message to call me stating that i am a customer. He did not call me even after that. Finally i caught hold of him. He said he will speak to zulaikha motors and call me in 30 mins. It has been an hour and i am still awaiting for him to get back. In the mean time, i told zulaikha motors that i need the vehicle today and he promised to give by 7 pm today. Now, he is saying he cannot give me the vehicle today and can give only by tomorrow afternoon. I had already put leave for today (Sep 6, 2016) because of this and now i have to put leave for tomorrow as well. This is one of the worst service that i have faced and now i do not think i can trust mahindra vehicle and their customer service. I shall await for my car to be serviced and the exact amount that i need to pay. I had lot of faith and trust in mahindra and i believe this is just a one off incident that happened to me and i wish it does not happen with others. Very very disappointed and if mahindra did not act on this, i might have to think what action i need to take next. Was this information helpful? | |||||
