[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — tuv 3oo braking system faulty

I have tuv 300, t8 model.

If i use breaks on speed breaker or on rough road then breakpad gets jearks and thud thud sound with heavy vibrations. It leads to panic situation during emergency and even in normal 6o speed on rough road its not easy to use breaks
I asked at service center but got response that this is normal issue due to abs system.
I use other vehicles with abs but never faced such issues then why with tuv

My boloro make a sound in fifth gear then i repair in gajraula service station then thay change fifth gear baring. and after that approx 6000KM drive the sound comes. i visit your service station again and they said to change same baring. how can it posssible. only 6000KM running.

My vehicle Mahindra bolero zlx rj23ub1817 come at 11 o clock and according to service advisories servicing tym is 6 hours but more than 6 hours they have availed but still I m waiting
Another side thay takes vehicle on parity bsis of local relationship
It’s not a good service of Mahindra
What actions were taken by Mahindra

We have ended up buying a Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the Service center has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the Check Engine Light (CEL) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 KM (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the customer care to recall and replace the vehicle. However, the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Please help us protect our investment as our request has been pending for more than one month.
