Hi, please let me know what exactly is the problem with my mahindra tuv3oo vehicle no. Ts09 ek 2709 (Recently 20000km service done within time).
So far my vehicle was recalled more than three times with unknown issues. Recently i faced many problems with simple clamp issue (Ie coolant tank to radiator pipe), its very silly to say.
On 28th oct 2017, 5.30pm, i was on my to tanuku from hyderabad with my family and suddenly my vehicle had a breakdown at suryapet toll plaza and contacted customer care then they referred khammam service point which was very far my location. Finally with some local mechanic support i reached my destnation at 2 am. I enquired at three different local mahindra service centres/mechanics regarding this problem.
Then they told me that this part (Clamp) is recalled by the company itself so its only available at your service point, hyderabad only. And they temporarily adjusted coolant pipe clamp. After that the same issue has happened on 3rd nov 2017 while we were returnung from tanuku to hyderabad. And same problem repeated ie coolant water leakage and then we reached your first choice service center, suryapet they also said no part (Clamp) is available and they have tightened the clamp temporarily and we reached hyderabad slowly with managing coolant for every 10 km. On 5th of oct i have given vehicle for servicing near our vvc service center, hitech city, hyderabad. As usually they have temporarily adjusted the same clamp and gave back the vehivle without even replacing clamp or pipe. (Eventhough the particualr part is recalled by the company itself).
And again yesterday ie 15th nov 2017, 8.30 am we were going to srisailam with family, on orr - srisailam rd junction. The same issue has happened again. The clamp got loose and the pipe broke up and the vehcile has stopped in middle. We again called mahendra customer care and vvc motors service, and they have taken the vehicle for checking again to vvc service, hitech city, hyderabad. We had to go to our destination by taxi.
Finally i wanted to know one thing. Is this a service fault or a company manufacturing defect??
If its a manufacturing defect then i dont want this vehcile any more.
If its a service problem then what is the action would you like me to take?
Can you certify me that there will be no more issues with this vehicle?? Or i would like to take a serious action against the service centre and the company. Can't tolerate this anymore. Need an immediate action on this.
Present my vehicle is at vvc service centre.
