I received my xuv 500 (Tn 04 aj 2531) after two weeks from zulaikah motors body shop ambattur. I had my rear tail lamp and panel damaged. My service advisor was mr. Shiva. When i went to retrieve my vehicle on the 10th on june, i noticed my tail light wasn't replaced, when asked mr. Shiva told me that my insurance did not give the go ahead to replace it. I left my vehicle at the bodyshop and informed the insurance to give the go ahead. My insurance called and told they informed zulaikah motors to replace the tail light. I called mr. Siva on 13th to confirm on what they told and he confirmed on the same and told me to come and pick up the vehicle around 6 pm. I called him an hour before to confirm weather the vehicle is ready and he told me its ready. The following happens when i reached there. - i reached sharp at 6 pm. I called mr. Shiva and informed, also letting know one of the staff, i was told to wait at the lounge. - 45 mins later another staff walked in and asked me rs.500, for fuel and they told it has to come from the yard. Mr. Siva wasn't seen the whole time. As i heard i was told he was at the yard as well. - i received my vehicle at 7:15, the car was dirty wasn't cleaned - while i sat in the car to reverse it, i saw a staff delebrately, honking in from of my car with a scorpio to tell me to back up. I found it suspicious of their actions. - i reversed my car out parked it on the side came out to check the work and found the tail light wasn't replaced. - i drove back in and when asked mr. Siva told me they forgot to fix it and they bought the new light which was placed right at the office where i was seated. I feel its a foul play given that they forced me to take the vehicle out and making me to wait for an hour thinking i wont check the finished work. They literally waited till it get totally dark and me to be the last customer. I've been a loyal customer to mahindra since two generations and always felt proud of its products and service. This is the first time i've been deceived this much. I always give my vehicle to ervice at mpl mahindra this was the first time gave my vehicle to zulaikah motors ambattur and had the worst experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
