Mahindra And Mahindra — unethical/wrong repair work carried in our company bolero | |||
We are using M&M Bolero ZLX since 2015 for our entities Engine Sales & Service Support of our customers. And we are doing all maintenence work in your Authorised dealer OSL Autocar, Sambalpur, Odisha. Last month we had a complaint for heavy smoke from exhaust, so hand over the vehicle for troubleshooting. Based on that quotation(QTN19D000029) has made for Rs.47, 273/- for the following job & also made the payment on NEFT. 1.Replaced Piston rings & upper engine gasket kit and etc., 2.After work done while starting workshop manager informed injector need to be check due to engine not starting & informed injector needs to be repair. 3.Said job was done with supplementary amount Rs.3847/-. 4.We suggested the dealer Service manager & workshop manager to check on injector & turbo charger. But they informed us there is no such issue's in both while giving vehicle for troubleshooting. 5.And finally during delivery i have done test drive and found abnormal sound in engine & same has been informed dealer but they have not taken seriously & hand over to us forcefully. 6. Due to no optional way we have taken our vehicle & having a lot of issues which we are not able to drive the vehicle even for less distance also. So, I request you to take necessary action to solve those issues for that we don't like to give our vehicle again to m/s.OSL mahindra, Sambalpur. Currently, our vehicle has been kept in bhubaneswar office idley even after spending lump sum of amount within 43, 000km.
