I am having baritone car no. Gj12 bf 6765. Residence of bhuj gujarat. I regularly do service and maintenance of my car from mahindra workshop only.. And as per specification i regularly changes spare parts as per guide of mechanical advisor.. According to advise of technical advisor of your co i have changed the time belt and after changing of time belt just running about 37000 km the time belt has been broken on running car and i have been survived myself any how.. I have deposit the car to service center bhuj they said that the belt doesn’t have any warranty or guarantee.. I am not able to understand that the when the belt changing schedule is after 80000 km than how the belt can be brocken and what is my fault... This is not right way to deal with coustomer. I am not going to pay for this kind of enefficent service the breaking down of belt is not my problem it’s manufacture problem. And for such poor quality material i can take any risk Of my life and can’t pay more.. You can check my vehicle records from your workshop it’s all there.. I am apealinh that please do needful for my car repair by company... If i want get justice i have to take support from consumer right forum... It is matter of my life as well as financial loss...
