[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — worst service with arrogant behaviour | |||
My car xuv 500 met accident on october and got a claim for 4.25 lakhs and rest 75000 paid from my pocket. At the time of claim bodyshop manager hasn’t notice a slight bend in my alloy wheel which happened at the time of accident (Note:changed 4 brand new tyree through jain car automobile showroom - vellore after accident) Due to bodyshop manager’s poor knowledge and carelessness 2 tyres have gone within 20000 km. Now the showroom people are not supporting and not ready to answer a customer’s complaint/query. If a showroom can do anything to a customer, why the hell mahindra & mahindra is issuing its dealership to the people who has poor knowledge about a product. I have seen enough complaints through online and newspapers, nothing is solved till now date. It may be a usual complaint to mahindra & mahindra from random customer but remember each and every customer are valuable in today’s date.
