Complaint marked as Resolved Vehicle had been towed to the service centre, the executives over there doesn’t know the problem, they’ll just restart some imobaliser, after doing that the vehicle starts, few days later the problem persist again, there are no efforts by the company to solve the problem even after the vehicle had been towed to the service centre for three times. The vehicle doesn’t start suddenly, which have to be then towed to the service centre, if this a kind of vehicles Mahindra in producing, it’s better to have no vehicle than having the Mahindra vehicle. I’m very much disoppointed with the Mahindra cars. We are afraid to taking our vehicle for long journeys, as we do not know when the vehicle doesn’t start. Hope the Mahindra customer care executives take this complaint seriously and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
