Dear mahindra customer care service center.
Iam suffering for your service issue last 10 days. My vehicale no ka 19 ek 5076.I was raise the complaint on 06th april, as your suggestion authorized service center received call from same day.

But there suggestion i take road assistant service register same day.After 3 days i take my road assistant no:-16mtwl1mtwl631217.9th i received call from your road assistant side, but they told its chargeable. Rs 2400/=, but outsider fee is rs750, they drop to the above service center 11th evening 5 pm.Today i followup through phone 9 times in your authorize service center synergy for the estimation purpose.Finlay they informed its wiring issue, but they have no stock.
Please note this below issues
1.Service center people followup is very poor across bangalore.
2.Please consider stock issue.
3.Please take care about your existing customers ( mahindra brand have on customer base)
4.Proper information provide for your side.
5.Improve your service center staff followup to the customer needs.
6.Expand service center/showrooms.
7.Taring for existing mechanics, they don't familiar with mahindra vehicle.
8.Focus on customer feedback.
