Dear team mahindra,

My self aakash yadav son of manju bala a customer of mahindra finance and loan account no./contract no. Is 1854047, the motive of this mail is to share my worst service experience by mahindra finance.in 2011 we purchase chevrolet beat car (Hr26 bp 6711) on finance from you guys after that we pay all emi's on time and we have no idea that given cheques are over till now no one from mahindra side contact me for any kind of service... And after 1, 2 week cheques over someone called me that i m coming for cheque collection kindly give to me, and my due date is 15th in every month but mahindra deposited my cheque on any date after and before due date of emi kindly look into my bank statement... Now on 28th may 2018 i used to go for noc collection that time i get to know they charged me alot rs 7113 for late payment charges and rs 1250 for cheque bouncing charges, kindly look my loan account statement and my bank statement due date was 15th in every month but u deposited my cheque any day any time without my knowledge. After that i met mr. Virender yadav (The sick and uneducated guy) who is the area collection manager for further communication he is so rude and mannerless person i ever seen in my life the way of speaking is the worst and they told me that deposite my cheques to mahindra office is our duty not the mahindra employees duty they have other work to do, all the time he is rude and try to make me fool to deposite irrevent charges from me,... Till now my dear not a single call is given by these people for noc collection or related to irrelevant charges... And after that he say that pay your charges and after 20 days u got your noc from here only, is this the way to talk customer like this... I have a vedio along with me the whole conversation with the virender yadav (Area collection manager), i[censored] want it i ll send u.

I want strict action on employee and i want my noc im not gonna pay a single penny to you guys.
Revert me asap, other wise i ll go to next level... Along with social media help.

Kinldy look into attached my bank statement and your loan statement and revert me back...

Highlight:

1. Emi due date is 15th every month cheque deposited on any date. Before (13/05/2015) or after due date max on 17th 18th of every month, refer bank statement.
2. No one called me before they got cheque over in there hand.
3. Mr. Virender yadav have no rights to talk like this with customer. I have full vedio.
4. Hand over cheque to mahindra office is customer duty as per virender yadav.
5. Process of noc tooks 20 to 30 days.
6. Raised cheque before my due date.
7. No customer service since 2011 till now
8. No manners of employees i have full vedio of that guy who told me the lie related to mahindra policy and make me fool.

As a reputed company i suppose this u guys take a strict and quick action on my given concern.
