Li m from gwalior i purchased a vehicle take loan from mahindra finance I finance a vehicle from mahindra finance during finance of vehicle i gave 5 blank cheques to mahindra finance. i fulfill all the installment in cash now Mahindra finance is not given my cheques back saying they lost those cheques .Now mahindra finance saying that they are not responsible for loss of cheques .
