Holding E-FD NO C19170868 IN FOLIO RC000743. I find their customer service is very poor once the FD is completed online. The website displays great online facility like bank update, TDS download etc.but most of them do not work and are just fancy items created by their technical team.The website is not even compatible for opening under antivirus like kaspersky where you get a warning not to open this website and can be subjected to hacking data.The website works okay when u want to take new FD since it is designed only for that to their benefits.
In my case I tried to update my bank details online but after you enter all details you get only error display of jumbled words and the bank data will remain as the existing one. If you send contact the customer care with error screenshot you will not get any resolution since they do not seem to have any literate personnel even to understand what is the query and prefer to remain silent forever. The error in their website is to their advantage i, e, they need not refund the amount when FD matures since bank details are not updated by the client and original bank account may be closed.
Please do not deal with this poor service oriented company where service is rendered like that of the Notorious BMC in Mumbai. Was this information helpful? |
