Mahindra Finance — Issue for Loan account 7842489

Hi Mahinndra Finance Team,

This Kranthi kumar Maruboyina, having vehicle loan account 7842489 with you since 6 months from Ongole, Andrapradesh Indai branch.
While granting loan amount I have submitted blank cheques with signature and singed all of your required documents.
But your said branch team failed to deposit cheques in time and asking to pay instalment amount through phone pay or at branch office.
I have paid my two instalments (Feb-22 and Mar-22) amount through phone pay as per your said branch executives Mr.Ravi and Mr. Sai Babu request.
After that for the month of Apr-22 and May-22 instalment amounts credited from my account. Now from Jun-22 they are stopped to present cheques in my account for clearing. And asking me to pay the instalment amount through phone pay or at branch office.
I am ready to pay your instalments through phone-pay or at branch office after receipt of confirmation from your end in letter format consists of installment amount will pay always using phone pay and returning of all o my blank cheques which I submitted initially.
Because of your team negligence I am losing my credit score and it will effect my feature loan approval.
I request you to please look in to the issue at priority.
