Mahindra Finance — loan issue | |||
Respected sir/madam, I Purchased a mahindra bollero zlx(wb74ag8826) in 2015 by loan(mahindra finance).but in 2016 i sold the vehicle to mr. Fajlur rahaman and also transferred the loan by the permission of mahindra finance jalpaiguri local branch. The name of owner of vehicle had been changed to fajlur rahaman. But from last one year i have been regularly getting due instalment notice from mahindra finance. Befor 5days I have reiceved a legel notice of due instalment from mahindra finance. As I have already transferred the loan to mr. Faljlul rahaman so I am not responsible for any type of die installments.Please notice this matter and I am really tensed and afraid.
