Mahindra Finance — no receipt given even after 15 days of micro fd deposit

Address:Online website, Chandrapur, Maharashtra, 442401

On 10th of july 2019 I have deposited 7k INR in mahindra finance micro deposit scheme by online transaction. They haven't given any receipt to me regarding my deposited. And as per their norms they refund customers amount within 15 days if KYC found incomplete. Here I have given all required documents at the time of filling form and now they have put my application on KYC hold customer. Please help me in refunding my amount.
