Mahindra Finance — not updated loan closing amount | |||
Sir As per agreement no. 3597049 i was taking a loan from mahindra finance, dibrugarh branch, assam. Now i want to close the loan and i have deposited a cheque an amount of rs. 103645.00 on 15/3/2019. The said amount deducted from my account on 16/3/19 but till today on 26/03/19 the loan is not close and not updated my cibil report. As per norms this update may be done within 24hrs from collection of money, if next 24hrs it will not be updated i am bound to take help of honourable consumer court. I am a ex employee of mahindra finance Emp ID 11622 posted at kolkata branch. On 2009 i left the company. But till date i am unble to withdrawal PF amount. Pl help me to do so asap.
