Hi sir/madam Iam lavanya staying telangana at janagoan district I contact one of your emloyee (Mahender, custermer manager of janagaon branch) Through phone about house loan proceses he used very unparliamentary language which hurts me alot & ask to pay money more than what they said promised starting of my loan processes. Its leads stop taking loan from your branch to me Please cosider my complaint & take appropriate action as per your company norms. Which will create hope & goodwill of your company in my thoughts.
