Hi,
I booked a jeep compass with Adharshiya Motors noida on 17 Dec 2022 for a price of 14 Lakhs for which I paid a token amount of 1.5 Lakhs on the same day. The dealer promised to be fixed and make the car ready within a week and fix the identified issues and vibration issue. However, during the loan processing the dealer was insistent on getting the loan disbursed before getting the car ready and got the car delivery delayed because of the work to be done to get the car ready. Due to dealer behavior and delay in the car delivery and delay in fixing the issues in the car I changed my mind and found that the dealer is trying to give me a car that is not in a ready state. The sales guys were trying their tricks to get the full payment and get the loan disbursed before fixing the issues in the car. I Don't want to take a car that is having serious vibration issues and not reliable and on top of that the dealer wanted to play his tricks to get the full amount without getting the car ready and fixing the issues. The dealer was suppose the deliver the car in a ready state by 23rd Dec 2022 which they couldn't. I had to visit my hometown on 24th so I told the dealer that I'm visiting my hometown and will be back on 2nd Jan 2023. During this time, I changed my mind because of the dealer behavior and problem in the car and requested the dealer to cancel the car booking on Dec 31st, 2022. The dealer is now straight away refusing to refund the entire token amount of 1.5 Lakhs on the pretext of car repair and time taken to close the deal. The dealer himself is responsible for the dela cancellation and delay as well as no customer would buy a car that is problematic and where dealer is trying to simply get the money extracted from the customer.
This is really a bad experience for me with Mahindra First choice.
Please refund the full amount as soon as possible.
