Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — poor service and not getting my refund | |||
I have serviced my car “hyundai fluidic verna – up32-gr-6027” from your workshop at phase-7, mohali, punjab for the first time in apr'19. I was quite satisfied with the service. In july'19 i faced some problem with my car ac and visited your workshop in phase-7, mohali. They have checked it with service charges @1300/-and finally concluded that compressor is faulty and i was given an estimation of rs. 28000/- for repairing inclusive of spare and labor charges. I was asked to come back after 02 day as material has to be arranged. I have given an advance @ rs.5000/-. For the next 10 days i was following up but material was not made available. Meanwhile i checked my car in some other workshop, where they have checked and identified that there is some minor problem and compressor valve need to be replaced. Which was repaired just in rs.4000/- only. From this experience my perception is that customers are being looted in your work shop and not sharing the actual problem. Now i am following up with your service team at mohali for refund of my many after taking the services charges which was agreed initially. But not getting any response nor my money.
