Hi, My colleague Prashant has booked a Car (Hyundai Era Plus Petrol) from Mahindra First Choice, Sir Car, Faridabad located Dealer on 5 jan 2021 with an amount of 10000 Rs by Credit Card. Due to some issue like loan approval or any case, he has cancelled his booking on the same day but now the dealer is not refunding the amount. He is continuously saying no and not giving any response. Dealer behavior is very rude and does not respond for refund. I request to take a suitable action on the dealer and refund our booking amount. As per the policy, If any small deduction will apply, It will be acceptable from our side. Dear Mr Amit, Please note that we as company not involve in financial transaction directly, you had paid the require booking amount to respective franchisee with consent & conviction to buy vehicle. As per process you must have sign related document token amount receipt or sales agreement as well. As discuss & confirm by our Area Manager Mr Pushkar on call, you are requested to visit franchisee office & give your request to franchisee only. Your services are very poor you are the brand only by name your work is zero. Franchise is not giving the refund so in this case, you have the responsibility to talk with franchise and request for refund but you are just ignore the matter.

Kindly resolve the issue else I am going to take a serious legal action against on you.
