Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Regarding Ownership Transfer

Dear sir,
Wish to inform you that i have purchased a used car Datsun Redi go bearing Regd. No. BR22V-5792 from Sonakshi Automobile, Bettiah-845438 on dated 29/0/2021.
Still i have waiting Transfered Wonership Registration Card bur they have not able for this.
Dealership woner Mr. Munna ji asking that please renew your Insurance Policy but my side question is why we renew policy infafour of third party.
Lastely i am asking that how it is possible that Local Registration No. Not transferred. If possible that means Dealership is not sincere with customers.
Hope that you invalve personally and resolved that issues.
