Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — worst service experience from mahindra, first choice marol

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail to expose the worst service experienced from Mahindra first choice, Bhavani nagar, Marol, Andheri East.

On 9th October 2018, I gave my Mahindra Quanto, MH-04 GE 3289 (which I took on 2013) to above service center for arresting a minor cooling leakage. They said it will be resolved in just one day. But after that they said, it’s the problem with the water pump. Second day they said they were not getting the packing (gasket) and took 2 more days to get it. Then they told tensioner bearing also got damaged and same should be replaced. So totally they took 5 days to return my car, costing 11000/- for all these replacement.

Now the coolant leakage doubles after this great service of Rs. 11, 000/- expenditure. Again I took my vehicle for rectification. Now only the actual reason is been found out. As shown in the attached pictures there was a hole in the timing cover. I am wondering how come a hole is been formed in an alloy body (car is only 5 years old)! It clearly shows the poor material quality of mahindra. Now the replacement cost of this is again Rs. 20, 000/- or welding jugad of Rs. 5000/-

They themselves saying that spares of Mahindra not readily available and these complaints are common for Mahindra vehicles. Is this hole really happened due to heat as informed by them.

What really happening there is some unskilled labors doing some R&D and I am sponsoring them with my money and offering them my car for taking PHD. And I lost 11, 000/- due to this. I want my money back which is been spent unnecessarily due to poor workmanship.

My car is still in the same workshop. So I expect your revert at the earliest.

Dear MFC Team,

Please revert on the trailing mail.

Mentioning one more example of fraud behavior & poor workmanship of MFC service center to open your eyes.

Two hours back I found 7 number of nut bolts beneath my driving seat. I called Mr. Ali and he revert me that it may be the old one of timing cover and we replaced it with new ones.

After half an hour he called me back and asked me to bring the vehicle for checking. Actually what happened was they forgot to place the engine bottom cover. Attached before & after photos for your reference.

Interesting twist is together with placing the bottom cover they kept a denim jeans also at free of cost for avoiding further complaints about oil leakage.

I will never go back to that service center and please refund my money for get this issue rectified from any authorized Mahindra service center.

I got repair of my ritz vdi car with mahindra first choice since april -2018 company charged the gst from me but not deposited as on date work done by workshop has been not found satisfactory .
