Mahindra Four Wheeler — car tuv amt

Dear team,

I bought a new tuv amt model two years back and completely dissatisfied with the car performance.

From the first day, since the time i bought the car, the car was making a humming noise. I gave the car thrice for servicing still they couldn’t figure out what is the issue.
After few escalations they could correct the issue.

Then the new problem started, where the car started seizing due to overheat. The service center informed me that this is due to faulty amt unit. So, they completely replaced the unit. Still the performance of car was not that great.
We always had fear to take the car out of station as the drive was never smooth, either it used to get stopped suddenly or lot of rough drive.

The third problem which has recently come up is burning smell in the car. The running of my car is only 30000 km and the service center is suggesting me to change the clutch plate and pressure plate.

In all these two years, we could never experience the car as it was always at the service center. I want to claim back my money from mahindra and definitely, i will fight till the higher management and if needed, i am willing to go to court for selling such used and faulty piece.
