Mahindra & Mahindra — engine complaint for the second time in 58000 kms | |||
Respected sirwith reference to vehicle no: kl 64-8282 mahindra jeetho this is to inform you that i am an unsatisfied customer of your product.in just 58000 km the engine damaged but you corrected the complaint in the warranty period itself. But the same complaint occurred just after 20000 kms and they are charging a huge amount of rs11000/-the vehicle is in your thrissur kerala showroom since two months. Meanwhile we missed so many orders and connections as we deal with educational book supply. You will be responsible for all the loss faced in the meantime. this is the only source of income and have no other way to settle the bill. I request you to reverse the amount charged. Am forced to say that i would never recommend a mahindra vehicle to anybody as the complaint is inherited. I would remind you one more thing that we had a periodic service just before one thousand kilometre only. We have never missed a single periodic service during the period which can be clear from our customer records as well. Hope you will do the needful at an earliest date if not we are are ready to forward all legal proceedings towards the company. This is my last resort so as a good dealer you will do the needfull.
