Mahindra & Mahindra — installment issue

My self avinash kotwal, 3rd nov 2018 i was payed my installment (By cash), but still till time my instamnet not updated,... Last one year i m conitunes visit jammu mahinadra branch but no one serious to resolve my issue... Many time i m complaints mahinadra head office new delhi, nodal ofice mumbai, customer care and also branch manger of jammu ashish sharma, but no resolved of my complainant
