[Resolved] Mahindra & Mahindra — received defective scorpio car | |||
My mother in law purchased a scorpio s5 model car from tekriwal motors pakur, jharkhand. As she is not much aware of cars so the showroom people helped in delivery of the car. I reached my home to check the new car and found a burning smell immediately inside the car. I also see that the car has been delivered to customer after driving 300 + kms. When i reached the showroom to complain, showroom clearly denied any help on the issue. I tried calling mahindra customer care several times to lodge the complain but received no responses on any toll free phone number. I am complaining about mahindra for a defective car being sold to a customer. This car has been purchased with hard earned money and this is the result you get "defective mahindra scorpio s5 car".
