Mahindra Rise — loot of customer by replacing parts of scorpio or 01 n 3177 without asking the owner

My self prachya jiban mohanty had purchased a scorpio of or 01 n 3177 and it was a pre owned car. I sent it to basanti auto agency, balasore, odisha (Mahindra show room work shop) for driver seat, glass movement, wearing complaint and the other things were complete ok and scoripio was in full running condition. The basanti auto agency kept the car for 15 days to repair these things and now asking me a bill amount of 1lac 54 thousand (154000.00 rupees).

How is it possible. Kindly look in to the matter, i feel that this is totally fraud.

I am a fan of mahindra, i have a xuv 500, my father had mahindra commmander, but this incident dissapointed me, if you dont look in to the matter i will share my bad experience to others and in social media also.
